Basic grade and Advanced grade Bed Frame Comparison
The basic grade bed frame is constructed using standard materials and design. In contrast, the advanced grade bed frame features improvements in materials, craftsmanship, functionality, and aesthetics. It also allows for more complex designs and larger frame sizes.
Fabricability Differences
Screw and Joint Design
Basic grade
The basic grade loft bed uses individual screw accessories that thread into pre-drilled eyelets in the frame components. Then tightening the screws. This assembly method is more labor-intensive compared to the advanced grade design, and results in the screw heads and ends being exposed on the exterior of the bed frame.
Advanced grade
The screws are welded directly onto the main frame, becoming an integrated part of the overall structure. This helps provide a secure, sturdy connection. To assemble, the matching frame components are simply aligned so the eyelets on the welded screws meet up, then the round screw caps are put on and tightened. This results in only the rounded screw caps being visible on the exterior, creating a cleaner, more refined appearance compared to the exposed screw hardware of the basic grade.

Metal mesh bed board
This is default bed board for basic grade bed frame. It is strong and durable, suitable for all kind of mattresses. The color of it will follow the main frame color.
Only apply to Basic grade
Natural wood plank bed board
Those wood planks are natural wood, it is upgrade option from metal mesh bed board. The color of it will follow natural wood color.
Only apply to Advanced grade (Premium)

The wood bed board creates a firm platform for the upper loft space while also providing an attractive, finished ceiling from the lower level. We offer a selection of laminated wood and solid wood options in various grades and color finishes to suit diverse room decors. The mix of wood and steel materials gives the bed board a versatile, stylish appearance that is the preferred choice among our customers.

Other than all the features wooden bed board have, add on a built-in false ceiling to create an attractive overhead view from the lower space. We have various wood options offers a versatile, finished platform for the upper loft, to provides a premium, luxury aesthetic finishes.
Ladder
The basic loft bed comes with a standard ladder.
Advanced grade offers full customization. You can customize ladder in different design, and fully customize the railing, height, length, step depth, width, and number of steps to create the perfect access solution. Materials can also be selected to complement your decor. The advanced grade provides complete flexibility to tailor the ladder to your specific needs and preferences.

Our loft bed staircases are fully customizable, with the provided design samples serving as a starting point. The key difference is that the basic grade model has a more limited selection of standard staircase designs, materials, and color options.
In contrast, the advanced grade loft bed offers a wide variety of customizable staircase designs. With this model, you have access to a vast range of material and color choices, allowing you to create a staircase that seamlessly complements the overall aesthetic of your loft space.
The advanced grade also provides the flexibility to choose between a traditional step-only staircase or a multifunctional design that incorporates storage. This gives you the ability to tailor the staircase to your specific needs and preferences, whether that's maximizing space or achieving a particular visual style.

Metal board
Pros: Easy to clean, stain-resistant, cooling, cheapest
Cons: Must be in same color as main frame
Price range: Inclusive in all orders, no top up required
Laminated wood board
Thickness: 18mm
Pros: Easy to clean, high stain and scratch-resistant, vast color options available.
Cons: Cannot be refinished as many times as solid wood. Lacking the natural charm of solid wood.
Price range: Medium price, require top up
Solid wood board
Thickness: 20mm or more
Pros: Sophisticated look, most long lasting, highest durablity
Cons: More costly, unavoidable natural wood pattern imperfection, such as darker color knot
